Responsible for the strategic development, planning, execution, and analysis of marketing communication for the Clinical CAD/CAM product line (CEREC) for the US RCO in order to grow and expand the customer base.
Develop and execute marketing programs which achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, market share, and return on investment for marketing activities.
Manage marketing programs to support sales in various constituencies including (but not limited to) dealer network, direct sales and Sirona representatives. Review and communicate market conditions, competition, customer feedback, etc.
Partner closely with product management, digital marketing, corporate communications, marketing services and sales teams to execute marketing strategies, plans and campaigns.
Analyze marketing programs, communicate status and adjust tactics to increase effectiveness.
Review analysis of market feedback on current & new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.
Communicate promotional programs, including launch binder development, customer targeting programs and dealer rollout strategies.
Manage and ensure compliance within the CAD/CAM Marketing budget for advertising, promotional materials, and other communication activities.
Develop and execute advertising campaigns.
Lead planning, tracking, and adjustments to annual advertising calendar for print and digital mediums.
Work with marketing team and distributors to implement of all promotional programs, including development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
Manage the promotional performance and ROI tracking process, and makes recommendations on promotional effectiveness in order to maximize revenue opportunities.
Manage relationships with external partners to ensure continued service delivery and customer satisfaction
Communicate with vendors on ongoing campaigns.
Working with internal and external customers, develop and coordinate dealer specific collateral, advertisements and selling tools
Work with internal Marketing Services Team to negotiate contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.
Develop and coordinate communication to and from the Field Sales Force on the implementation of Marketing strategies and tactics in order to achieve revenue objectives, as well as selling ideas and strategies, product positioning and knowledge, competitor information, pricing and promotional programs.
Assist the Field Sales Force in implementing all aspects of the promotional plan in order to achieve Business Unit goals and customer expectations.
Maintain end-user customer database.
Manage various PR activities including (but not limited to) trade journal article development, press releases and Key Opinion Leader development.
Help establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Support various training activities for end users and representatives as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.
Education: BS degree in Marketing or Business from an Accredited University or College; MBA preferred
Years and Type of Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of classical marketing or product marketing experience.
Experience in the dental/pharmaceutical/medical device industry preferred.
Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing communication programs within an established market.
Experience and comfort working in a fast paced, collaborative environment and delivering results with efficient use of resources.
Experience working with external suppliers, e.g., advertising, research and agencies.
Travel required 10% - 25%
