Marketing Operations Administrator

Job Description 

The Position: The Marketing Operations Administrator provides direct support to the Sales organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our sales efforts. This role will help organize and amplify our growing sales activities as Rhythm expands and matures our sales processes. The role will work directly with sales and digital marketing leadership team delivering timely support and actionable insights for our global sales execution.

This new role will be responsible for the administration and evolution of our sales systems, support client presentation and proposal development, and coordinate client-facing sales activities. We are looking for a person with strong organizational skills, structured communications, a familiarity with technology sales lifecycles and an interest in expanding.

You will be responsible for helping to review leads and qualification, sending of sales assets and enabling rapid response to client inquiries with on target content. Using HubSpot CRM you will manage our growing prospect database and deliver pipeline reporting and analytics. Using LinkedIn and other online sources you will support the sales team in identifying and connecting with new targets and the nurturing of active sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
Operate and extend Rhythm prospect / customer database (Hubspot)
Support identification of new targets (companies and individuals) and ensure accuracy of contact and contextual information
Develop and deliver sales pipeline and forecasting reports
Coordinate and support preparations for client meetings
Coordinate with marketing for campaign segmentation and execution
Ensure responsiveness and completion of lead qualification activities
Coordinate and support sales events and conferences
Assist with special projects as required

Experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Exceptional oral and written communication
Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
MS Office software skills are required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
HubSpot experience (certification a plus)
